What is Success

Since 2010 I have read countless books and watched thousands of hours of videos by life coaches, gurus, and mental health experts. These include Wallace D. Wattles, James Allen, Og Mandino, Napoleon Hill, Earl Nightingale, Bob Proctor, Jack Canfield, John Asharaff, Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins, Wayne Dyer, and many more.

I have completed many courses on coaching, become a qualified clearing practitioner, and studied everything I can about how our mind works.

My wife’s mental health has suffered a lot through constant pain and learning about the subject also allows me to help her in a practical way, every day.

Mental weakness

Here are two good examples of mental weaknesses that affect most of us:

Everyone knows how to get physically fit, yet most people don’t do it, most people know how to save money but they don’t do it.


This is simply because our mental health is not strong enough, even to do what is best for us. The good news is it’s easier to fix than you think.

Habits control us

Our minds are like computers and everything we have learned since we were born has created subconscious habits that control us. What we need to do is re-write the program and create new habits that are better for us.

This is why people who win the lottery become poor again quickly and why diets don’t work. You need to fix the programming to get a consistent, long-term result.
